What is Kairos Trade?

Integration choices include delegated signing and an external EIP-712 lane for eligible clients. Scoped credentials and IP allowlisting support operational controls, while order fee quotes distinguish platform and venue charges.

Terminal access does not itself provide enterprise API credentials. Route limits and order support also differ: the guide gives 100 data requests/minute by default, up to 500 for candles and as low as 30 for heavy discovery; execution is described at 5 orders/second and WebSockets at 10 connections per user.

Who it is for

  • Traders using an aggregated terminal.
  • Teams building multi-venue execution with scoped credentials.
  • Developers needing scoped credentials and operational order controls.

Workflows with Kairos Trade

Build an integration

Choose venue and signing lane, obtain credentials and inspect data and fee quotes. Implement order-state reconciliation and cancellation before increasing activity.

Monitor a trading book

Combine positions and fills with live data and define when to invoke each venue's cancellation control.

Pricing and total cost

Enterprise quotes are per credential and depend on volume, venue mix and maker/taker activity. Exchange and network costs pass through separately; order-level quotes show the split.

Getting started

Before you start: Terminal access does not include enterprise credentials automatically.

  1. Enter the terminal or contact the enterprise team for API access.
  2. Choose an available delegated or external signing lane.
  3. Configure scoped X-Client-Id, X-Api-Key and X-Api-Secret.
  4. Begin with data requests and implement venue-specific order and cancellation handling.

Data routes have different limits: 100 requests/minute by default, up to 500 for candles and as low as 30 for heavy discovery.

Our take on Kairos Trade

Route limits, fee quotes and signing options help define an integration. Enterprise access and venue-dependent orders make initial evaluation less immediate for small projects.
