Goldsky Compose

Goldsky Compose handles tasks that move data and actions between off-chain services and blockchains. Its documented execution model includes event, schedule and API triggers, persistent state, traces and deployment rather than a standalone market-data chart.

What is Goldsky Compose?

Write a TypeScript task, define its inputs, outputs and failure handling, and inspect inputs, outputs and external interactions through tracing. Prediction-market and copy-trader guides provide worked examples relevant to monitoring or resolution services. Application-specific strategy and resolution logic still have to be supplied and checked.

Compose is a distinct execution framework from Goldsky’s indexing products. Hosted use follows the provider’s project and deployment workflow and requires review of environments, credentials, secrets and monitoring. Durability and attestation claims were not independently tested, and operational guarantees and total cost need project-specific validation.

Who it is for

  • For developers building market-monitoring or resolution services and teams operating event-driven blockchain workflows.

Features and coverage

  • Durable task and trigger model

Write TypeScript tasks with event, schedule or API triggers and documented state and persistent execution behavior.

  • Execution tracing

Inspect task inputs, outputs and external interactions through the platform’s tracing model.

  • Prediction-market solution guides

Study the documented prediction-market and copy-trader examples as starting points for application logic.

Workflows with Goldsky Compose

Design a research task

Choose an event or schedule trigger and define data inputs, outputs and failure handling before implementing the workflow.

Evaluate the operating environment

Use quickstart and monitoring guidance to understand environments, secret handling and task traces before production deployment.

Pricing and total cost

The reviewed introduction does not establish what Compose usage would cost for a particular project. Budget hosting, RPC and external data separately where they apply, and check the provider’s project flow for hosted access.

Getting started

Before you start: Durability and attestation claims were not independently tested. The framework alone supplies neither a validated trading strategy nor correct resolution rules.

  1. Read the introduction and relevant solution guide, then define inputs, triggers and external services.
  2. Review environment, credential, secret and monitoring requirements before deployment.

Hosted use requires the provider’s project and deployment workflow.
