Predexon: budget REST, streaming and tick downloads separately

What is Predexon?

A terminal or wallet tracker can combine market discovery, prices, books and historical activity with eligible live channels. Binance reference data is also documented alongside the prediction-venue integrations. Plan quotas distinguish standard historical endpoints from premium requests, while streaming has its own subscription and item limits.

Bulk tick history follows a different purchase flow: choose a venue, market and time slice, request a free quote, then inspect the size and price before downloading compressed Parquet through signed URLs. Trade history and recorded order-book history start at different points. Neither a downloaded L2 book nor an activity feed automatically establishes a hypothetical queue position or a confirmed transaction.

Who it is for

  • Developers building terminals and public-wallet trackers.
  • Researchers acquiring defined tick-history intervals.
  • Teams combining data from several prediction venues.

Features and coverage

  • Market discovery

Search supported venue catalogs and request market prices and books.

  • Wallet analytics

Read activity, P&L, leaderboards and smart-money endpoints where your plan allows.

  • Live channels

Subscribe to eligible trade, activity, order-book and market-lifecycle streams.

  • Bulk tick files

Quote a bounded market/time slice and download compressed Parquet using signed URLs.

  • Standard historical requests

The listed standard historical endpoints do not consume the premium monthly request quota.

  • Reference data

Use the documented Binance reference-data integration alongside prediction venues.

  • Streaming capacity

Keep subscriptions and the items within them inside the limits of your account tier.

Workflows with Predexon

Build a wallet activity screen

Resolve the wallet and market, read historical activity and attach a live subscription supported by your plan. Keep the channel allowance and the event’s confirmation state visible in the implementation.

Acquire a tick sample

Select venue, market and interval, request the free slice quote and inspect its size and price before downloading.

Scale a data service

Monitor standard and premium endpoint use separately. Budget the REST request quota independently from live subscriptions and bulk downloads.

Pricing and total cost

REST subscriptions and bulk tick downloads use separate cost models. Premium request allowances and streaming eligibility depend on the plan.

Free

$0

  • 1 request/second
  • 1,000 premium requests/month
  • Core REST; no WebSocket

Dev

$49/month

  • 20 requests/second
  • 1,000,000 premium requests/month
  • 10 subscriptions × 10 items on eligible channels

Pro

$249/month

  • 100 requests/second
  • 5,000,000 premium requests/month
  • Broader WebSocket channels and capacity

Enterprise

From $499/month

  • Custom request and streaming limits

Fees and usage costs

  • Premium overages cost Dev $5 per 100,000 requests and Pro $2.50 per 100,000 requests.
  • Bulk ticks are priced per GiB after a free slice quote. Re-downloading the same slice within 24 hours is free.

Trial: Pro offers a 3-day trial.

Getting started

Before you start: Dev supports fewer streaming channels than Pro, and Free has no WebSocket.

  1. Create an API key and begin with a small market request.
  2. Choose REST, streaming or bulk ticks for the task.
  3. Check the plan’s eligible endpoints, channels and subscription limits.
  4. Obtain a quote before downloading tick history.
  5. Store venue, identifiers and coverage information with the data.

Standard historical endpoints not using premium quota does not make the separately quoted bulk tick product free.

What to check

  • Dev supports fewer streaming channels than Pro, and Free has no WebSocket.
  • Trade history and recorded book history have different starting points.
  • Mempool-aware activity can precede confirmation; preserve the relevant event state in downstream displays.
  • Public L2 books describe displayed price levels, not necessarily your hypothetical queue position.
  • Premium request overages and bulk-history downloads have separate charging terms.

Our take on Predexon

REST, wallet research and streaming provide useful paths for developers. Bulk-history charges and channel-specific plan limits require explicit scoping to keep access and costs predictable.

Frequently asked questions about Predexon

Do historical requests consume premium quota?

The listed standard historical endpoints do not. Bulk tick downloads instead use a separate quote-and-download cost model.

Does Free include streaming?

No. Free provides core REST access without WebSocket.

Can I see the price of a tick slice before buying?

Yes. The tick-slice quote endpoint is free; inspect its size and price before download.

Does every plan include every streaming channel?

No. Eligible channels, subscription counts and item limits depend on the tier; Dev covers fewer channels than Pro.
