# PropMarket: a simulated evaluation with market-level rules

PropMarket sells simulated evaluation accounts with nominal sizes from $5K to $100K. Passing depends on the profit target, equity drawdown, market eligibility, profit concentration and time limit, followed by a separate funded-account agreement.

The product overview introduces the evaluation; nominal account balances should be distinguished from the real purchase fee.

## What is PropMarket?

The evaluation targets 20% profit and applies a 10% trailing-equity drawdown tied to the highest equity, including open positions. There is no separate daily loss rule. Unrealized position value therefore matters when tracking the distance to the equity floor.

Standard consistency limits a single market to 10% of total profit. Exceeding that proportion raises the profit required rather than directly breaching the account. Entries are limited to 20–80¢ and markets resolving within 60 days, so strategy fit requires more than reaching the target.

### Who it is for

- Traders comparing simulated evaluation rules.
- Users whose strategy covers Polymarket and Kalshi.
- Traders checking whether concentrated market profits can qualify.

## Product mechanics and conditions

- **Target and trailing equity**

The single-stage simulated evaluation has a 20% target and a 10% trailing-equity drawdown, including open positions, without a separate daily loss rule.

- **Market consistency**

The standard cap is 10% of total profit from a single market. A consistency excess raises the required profit instead of directly breaching the account.

- **Eligible entries**

Trade listed categories only within the 20–80¢ entry range and a resolution horizon of at most 60 days.

- **Time and profit-share options**

The evaluation lasts 30 days, with a paid extension to 60. The standard trader share is 70%, with a paid upgrade to 90%.

- **Payout and inactivity conditions**

Rules list 7-day initial and subsequent payout waiting periods, a 2% minimum payout and a 30-day inactivity limit.

## Capital allocation workflows

### Check a strategy before purchase

Compare its entry prices, resolution horizon and market concentration against the evaluation rules.

### Track the equity floor

Include unrealized position value when measuring the distance to the trailing threshold.

### Assess payout eligibility

Apply consistency, the minimum payout and waiting periods before calculating a trader share; review the separate funded agreement after passing.

## Pricing and total cost

The one-time fee starts at $59 for a $5K nominal evaluation. Larger sizes and promotions change the fee. The evaluation balance is simulated, but the purchase charge is real.

### $5K evaluation

$59 base fee

- 20% profit target
- 10% trailing-equity drawdown
- 30-day time limit
- 70/30 profit split

### Fees and usage costs

- 90/10 profit-split add-on: +30% of the evaluation fee.
- 20% market-consistency cap add-on: +80% of the fee.
- 60-day evaluation add-on: +10% of the fee.
- The $250K tier is labeled coming soon.

## Eligibility and funding

2. Choose a nominal account size and any paid add-ons.

### Our take on PropMarket

Published targets, equity limits and consistency requirements make the simulated challenge inspectable. Price bands, resolution horizons, concentration and real evaluation fees materially restrict which strategies can qualify; advertised account size should be read as nominal evaluation capital.
